IN NO EVENT SHALL WELDINGCALC OR ITS OPERATOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Production losses or equipment damage
  • Defective welds or product failures
  • Safety incidents or injuries
  • Loss of profits, revenue, or data
  • Business interruption

5.2 Maximum Liability

Our total liability for any claims arising from use of the Service shall not exceed $100 USD or the amount you paid for the Service (which is zero, as it is free).

Users are solely responsible for:
